St. John's Reformed UCC church torched over gay marriage endorsement

St. John's Reformed UCC church torched over gay marriage endorsement Local, state and federal agencies are investigating the arson burning of Saint John’s Reformed United Church of Christ in Middlebrook, Virginia. Homophobic messages were spray painted on the building and church and police say the blaze and graffiti were apparently triggered by United Church of Christ officials endorsing gay marriage last week. The graffiti also said that members of the United Church of Christ were sinners. Pastor Dorcas Lohr says the church might support gay marriage at the national level, but she says her church has no official position.�
