Wentworth Miller is gay and dating Luke McFarlane

Prison Break actor Wentworth Miller may soon have to break out of the closet. According to a source for Perez Hilton, he is dating T.R. Knight’s ex-boyfriend Luke McFarlane. Luke McFarlane had a recurring role on ABC’s “Brothers & Sisters.”

The insider told Perez, “Wentworth and Luke have been secretly dating for almost six months now. They’ve been very quiet about their relationship, obviously, as Wentworth is not out of the closet.”

Wentworth Miller and Luke McFarlane have become very close and are considering moving in together, reports Perez. McFarlane recently went to Asia with Miller when he had to film some commercials. Says the snitch, “They spend a lot of time at each other’s houses. Wentworth has been pretty reclusive since he’s become famous and he’s been even more of a shut-in since he started dating Luke.”

The stress of keeping his relationship under wraps seems to have gotten to Wentworth. A source at Fox says, “Wentworth’s become very difficult to work with. He’s been cutting back immensely on the amount of press he’s doing for ‘Prison Break.’ He’s very nervous about reporters asking him if he’s gay.”

MILAN (Reuters) - Italian designer team Dolce & Gabbana took a military theme to kit out men next summer, ranging from fatigues with tiny lights that glowed in the dark to camouflage patterned swim trunks.

On the first day of Milan’s spring/summer 2008 menswear collections on Saturday, Dolce & Gabbana’s signature line show was colored in army-inspired khakis, navy, black and white.

Models had tattoos and military-style haircuts, and wore baseball caps or square-crowned peaked soldiers’ hats.

loaded fatigue-style trousers with pockets and webbing holders for phones or hip flasks, adding a kit bag in black leather and mud-tone canvas to carry any extras.

They stretched and squared classic camouflage print and used it on T-shirts and mini swimming trunks — a style of beachwear the duo are currently using in a white version for eye-catching adverts for men’s perfume range Light Blue.

Dolce & Gabbana suggested Bermuda shorts in prints of blue and white florals with beige and maroon broad striped shirts.

Formal wear focused on single-button single-breasted black suits and white shirts, with ties trim and uniformly black — reining in from Dolce & Gabbana’s penchant for gold which sparkled through their winter men’s collections in January

David and I are leaving for London

After our Civil Partnership two weeks ago (the British implementation of a Gay Marriage), David are I are packing to leave for London. Its a mixture of sadness (good byes) and excitement for our new life in London together. There is so much to do to organise an international relocation from Sydney to London. So many packing boxes to relocate (40 tea chests, 6 dining room chairs, one bed so far)!

David Beckham farewells Real Madrid

These photos of David Beckham enjoying his final game with Real Madrid are so moving. The flag, the boys, their new BFFs, it almost brings tears to my eyes. Then I remember this happy ending over there only means we are that much closer to having those Beckham boys all to ourselves. It was a touching moment for David who played his last European game, which helped Real Madrid beat Mallorca 3-1 and secure them their 30th Spanish league title. I was actually pretty surprised to see Tom and Katie there but then I remembered how much Tom and Katie love a good soccer game (even if Katie looks a bit bored or confused in this picture). It’s nice to see their new Hollywood friends show their support as well.

Daniel Craig Plays it Cool in South Africa

Every muscle rippling under his wet shirt, Bond star Daniel Craig quite literally lived up to his ice-cool reputation when he took to the freezing waters off Cape Town for a new movie role recently. The hardy 39-year-old plunged back into the icy seas three times for the scene in Flashbacks of a Fool in which his character, a fading Hollywood actor attempts to commit suicide.

At one point locals - unaware they were watching a film shoot - grew alarmed when Daniel dived into the surf fully clothed and began swimming out to sea before being saved by a group of men. His ‘rescuers’ turned out to be divers on standby to make sure the actor didn’t come to any harm in the stormy weather conditions.

The action-packed scenes were shot at Llandudno beach, a stunning stretch of South African coastline named after the Welsh seaside resort.

Handsome Daniel has been accompanied by his girlfriend Satuski Mitchell during the two-week shoot. The actor recently joked he’d have to buff up again to play the famous spy, but judging by his toned appearance and athletic looks, the new 007 won’t need to work too hard at it.

Helen McCrory and Emilia Fox also star in the flick, which is executive produced by Daniel and will be released early next year. [Source Via ONTD]

It has a certain ring to it Sir David Beckham.

It’s the corollary — Lady Victoria Beckham — that gives pause.

The former “Posh Spice” is one of several reasons Britons are ambivalent about rumored plans to give the Manchester-turned-Madrid-turned-Los Angeles soccer star a knighthood.

Likewise, there’s bemusement over informal talk of putting Beckham on the 20-pound note, a spot historically reserved for people such as the British monarch or economist Adam Smith. If Beckham is such a British hero, some here want to know, why is he moving to Los Angeles?

The controversy arose almost immediately after British papers got wind that Prime Minister Tony Blair was said to be thinking of recommending a knighthood for the 32-year-old soccer player, who has signed a five-year contract to play with the Los Angeles Galaxy, beginning next month.

The honor is intended for those deemed to have rendered exceptional service to the United Kingdom. Sean Connery is a “sir.” So is Paul McCartney, along with half a dozen past soccer greats, former Formula One race car drivers Jackie Stewart and Stirling Moss and enough cricket players to fill Piccadilly Circus.

Why not Beckham, many have argued, an English soccer legend in his own right and a key political player in London’s successful bid for the 2012 Olympics?

Lots of reasons, apparently.

First, there were leaks to the Evening Standard that unidentified “civil servants” had created a backlash against the rumored proposal to include Beckham in Blair’s imminent list of nominations to precede his departure from office June 27.

The reluctant bureaucrats were said by the newspaper to be concerned that Beckham was about to become a “tax exile” in the United States. Cabinet spokesmen denied there was any such civil service rebellion.

Beckham “is an excellent sportsman who has been a good role model for young people,” Jim Devine, a member of Parliament from Livingston, Scotland, said in an interview. “But knighthoods are for people who have lived extraordinary lives, at least that’s how it should be, and made major contributions in a broader sense than just having talent to play football.”

Actor Michael Caine, himself a sir — a title he uses with his real name, Maurice Micklewhite — opined that Beckham seemed “a bit young to be a sir,” and noted that he didn’t receive the honor until he was more than twice Beckham’s age, 66.

Some ordinary Brits have been even less polite. “To honor a tattooed twerp whose only skill is kicking a ball around, and who makes millions in the process, would be an insult to ordinary people who give their all for the benefit of humanity … without reward,” Devon resident Colin Richey said in a letter to the Daily Mirror a few days ago.

“Some patriot,” Londoner Margaret King wrote in another letter. “He can’t even live here.”

Energy drink blamed for painful priapism
A New York man has filed a law suit against the makers of the health drink Boost Plus, claiming the vitamin-enriched beverage gave him an erection that would not go away.

Christopher Woods said he bought the protein supplement beverage at a drugstore on June 5, 2004.

He drank it, and the next day woke up with what he described in court papers as “an erection that would not subside.”

He was eventually hospitalised that day for a condition, called severe priapism, and underwent surgery to decrease the swelling.

The 29-year-old said the complications were not over after a winter shunt implant was given to him, which moves the blood from one area to another.
